In the process of writing my book, I’ve been connected with some people that resonate with me on a soul level. Aimee Everett is one of those people.

Not only is she an accomplished weightlifter, one of the few female International Olympic weightlifting coaches, mom, dog mom, and gym mom, she is a warrior. She has overcome mountains of childhood trauma to stand on the other side, stronger, and even more beautiful because of it.
